 Oh yes!! I knew my body and how to pleasure myself long before my periods started which was 15 and a half. My mum was 19 so it is not uncommon to start later, if it is yourself you are talking about then pop to docs if you are concerned about not starting yet.

 yes, it is. I see you are age 16-17. I hope you are not sexually active. If you are having issues with control, you have a hand....wait until you are secure in yourself as an adult before thinking of being with a man and having a sexual relationship.
