You could be pregnant but there is also a chance that if you are on the pill it will cause you to miss periods at some point, could be once a year or once a life time. It happened to my gf randomly but it would be best to check with your doctor on this one.

I would go to the doctor cause either you took a defective pregnancy test and you are pregnant, or something else might be wrong with your reproductive system that they can get your periods regulated, although if you're on the pill they already SHOULD be regulated, leading me to believe you are pregnant. sometimes, missed periods can happen if you're not eating well or are severely stressed, but don't take my word for it: go to a doctor, for your health's sake.
