 Yes that's completely normal. Guys do it with guys and girls with girls because we are naturally competitive creatures and want to see what we are being compared to. You're not gay at all, most gay people would describe other characteristics they like in a man besides focusing on his penis. This is just something that comes natural because there is so much diversity in the human species and we are curious about it.

Frankly, I'm surprised that this is a question you even need to ask at 20! Of course it's normal, and has been normal for about six to eight years!
You're curious. Some part of you, in the deep dark parts of your psyche, needs to know if you're 'normal'.
Don't worry about it, it's not a sexual thing. It doesn't mean you are or are not gay, bi, straight, sideways, backwards, upside down, or inside out. It means you're normal, whichever of these other descriptors may or may nor apply donsn't change that.
