Hi there. It's possible that she thinks that is information that's no-one else's business.
Perhaps she would like to keep that information between you and her only. That's fair.
It's something that is relevant only to you and her. To anyone else, it would mean very little, I guess.
I wouldn't read too much into it.
The next time you speak to her (by telephone would be the best), or when you see her next - just ask her. Ask her if she was angry at you at the time or was there another reason.
In any case it is better that you ask, because it is upsetting to you, so it does need to be clarified. Don't leave it any longer, otherwise it will cause you both problems.
