 From a biological point, I guess it's perfectly fine.I mean, it wouldn't be inapropriate if you did have sex...But then there's the whole legal aspect to it, which could potentialy get her into trouble as you live in AmericaBut at the end of the day, if you're both responcible and know what your doing, dare I say, go have fun..?

You definitely need to find out the laws of your state. There are places in the US where your girlfriend could end up in prison for having sex with you. And she could end up listed as a sexual predator for the rest of her life, which means she could never hold a job that had anything to do with children.
Until you know what the laws are, refrain from anything more than kissing, for the sake of your girlfriend's future.
I'd recommend calling or visiting a Planned Parenthood located in your state for the needed information. They will answer your questions with complete confidentiality.

 hey, if your living in the US then no its not legal.. i found that out the hard way.. but to me age honestly shouldnt/doesnt matter as long as you are happy.. and you know, you are old enough to know what you are doing and so is she.. its not like shes forcing you or anything.. i dont think, but i doubt it. anyway, just try to not mention the age around any law enforcements, or maybe even your parents, because they might not like it either.. even though they may not seem to care, you never know. my friends parents turned on her just like that (not saying that yours would, but its just and FYI kinda thing) well.. good luck and i hope that no one who could get you into trouble finds out until you are 18..
