 A bit of confusion in the answers as to what dry sex is.
Well, there are two meanings, one I never heard of before and the other what she is probably refering to as it is a common enough concept especially around younger people.
First the new one. Dry sex is the practive of 'drying' the vagina supposedly for increased friction. Aparently it is a thing they do it in north africa. Not enough lubrication can cause wounds and that is offcourse not safe.
What the poster was probably talking about is "sex" with the clothes ON. So not sex at all, more advanced dirty dancing till one or both reach orgasm.
It is closer to masturbation and can be very erotic. She is a bit young, but all kids mature at different ages. We called it making out in our times.
Yes, if you are fully clothed then chances of getting pregnant are remote. Sperm doesn't last long outside the body and dies when it dries so even if gets on your clothes it would most likely die from the clothes soaking up the moisture.
Just take it slow okay, don't be to much in a rush to be an adult.

im really shocked that girls are tinking about having sex at this very young age.do they not teach you in school what sort of problems that this can cause you in later life cervical cancer where your body is mature enough to be involved in sexual relationships. which can lead to lots of other problems too.if your boyfreind and you have waited this long surely you can wait untill your more mature to deal with the physical and emotional sides of a sexual relationship.look up the risks on your computer of having sexul relations so young.

Your parents do not need to know. If you go to a family planning centre or to your GP they are perfectly able to prescribe any type of contraception whatever your age and (unless they believe you to be at risk of abuse or a danger to yourself) they will not tell your parents.However, whether that is something you want to do at such a young age is another matter!

And basically, you wont get pregnant. BUt do be careful, if your bf comes on your panties theres a very very tiny risk that you could get pregnant. Best way is to have dry sex for a while, to get turned on, and kiss and things, and then to finish eachother off my hand, and wash your hands before you touch your private parts.

However doing it that way will very much make you want to go further so it's probably not a good idea. Also you can also get STDs that way. I know you don't want to hear this, but you are only 12 years old and although you feel like a grown up, you're not. 2 years of dating doesn't really mean much since you've been in a relationship since you were 10. You were a child then and you are a child now. That's hard to hear. Believe me I know. But that's how you're seen under the law. So please make sure you are fully educated about sex before you choose to engage in it. Keep in mind, it's also illegal for children to have sex. Like the previous poster said, you're boyfriend can go to jail or even worse be labeled as a sex offender for the rest of his life whether you get pregnant or not. So if you care about him, then you should take that into consideration. Trust me, he's not thinking with his head. His thinking is coming from below his belt so it's up to you to be the more mature one. Women by nature are a bit more mature at that age. LOL. But to answer your question, if by dry sex you mean just rubbing and stuff without him actually entering you then no you shouldn't get pregnant. But like I said, that doesn't protect you from diseases and doing so will likely make you want to do more. Be careful. Kissing and petting is fun and you really should just keep it at that.

 Mizz is right, sex is sex, even with a condom you can still get pregnant, but if you do decide to make a really bad choice and have sex at 12 make sure you use protection.
