It's unlikely, but it can happen. I wouldn't recommend it unless you were in a relatively stable relationship. My wife and I have used only birth control since around the 4th month of our relationship, which has been over 8 years now, and she has still not gotten pregnant.

 There is the chance that you could get pregnant but it is a small chance. The pill is proven to be 99% effective, possibly more but not 100% so it depends on the risk you are willing to take. I have friends who have never used a condom and he always finishes inside her, the pill has worked for almost two years of that. There are also the few stories where it fails.
It depends on your interpretation of 99%. So my answer is yes to your question but if it happens its not the end of world.
