Hiya.
Oh im glad somone brought this up. I am also size 8-10 and around your age, make sure this dosent become a eating disorder and remember, you are not fat! If youve always been skinny..your not fat at all! Make the most of your slim frame. Also, I am 8 stone, and i used to worry about this, but its just a case of body mass index!! Which (if you dont know already) is a mixture of weight and height, so if your tall..its fine..and even if your not..dont worry, just look after your body and eat a little healthier.
Good luck xx
(p.s...if you still feel like this in a couple of weeks, i suggest you get this checked, as it could be a minor eating disorder.)

Your size and weight is still skinny take it from me.
You need to keep busy and do not let stress get you down.
try to enjoy life, and make the most of it. Do not make out problems that are not really there.
stay strong and be happy.

I know how you feel because my weight bounces from one thing to another. I would be chuffed to bits if i could be a size 8 again! Size 12 is the best i can do, but hey, thats life. Enjoy what you have and take care.

Don't worry your not fat ..that feeling is just guilt because you know you shouldn't be eating all that junk food n you should probably exercise more. No need for crash dieting/ killer workouts... just try n eat a litte healthier n do some sit-ups and you'll feel better :)

i understand that most woman worry about their weight, and if truth be told most men too. its just a sign of the stupid culture we live in where everyone has to be waffer thin and made of plastic.
as long as you keep the walks up and the eating healthy youve nothing to worry about at all.
hope that helped

this is a major problem in society i went through the same problem and ended up with anorexia i went down to a painful size 7 and after the help and support of my family i got the problem sorted. if you think that this weight issue is going to become a serious problem then consult your GP where he can give you advice on healthy eating maybe start the gym and try to stick to a certain weight goal.
i hope this helps.
