In any case, at 16 you are too young to know your own mind, let alone anyone else's. I know that's old-fashioned, but old-fashioned does not mean wrong.
When you meet someone with whom you feel it is absolutely right, without any reservation - in fact, that if you don't, you'll burst - then that will be the right guy and the right time.
Meanwhile, just get to know a few boys, enjoy their company and learn what makes them tick, without getting deeply involved. Have fun.
