One day I got a message on my phone saying I love you.I first thought it was one of my friends with some stupid joke. By the time I found out it was actually her number she already has a boyfriend. I was completely crushed. I waited for two months but they are still together. I really can't forget her and she is always in my mind. I have no idea what to do. Should i just tell I love her?

She didn't realize that you loved her too when you got the "I love you" on your phone so naturally she moved on. Talk to her. Tell her how you feel about her and maybe it will work out.

I don't think that you have blown your chances, but you could if you tell her now that you love her. Remember, she has a boyfriend, and it wouldn't be fair for you to just jump in at the deep end. I think the best thing to do is wait.
The reason she got a boyfriend so quickly, is probably because she was scared of rejection from you. If she really does love you, then she won't be with her new man long. If and when they do break up, then you can sit her down and tell her how you feel.
I know it's hard, seeing the woman you love with another man, but it will be well worth the wait in the end. Good luck!
