Ok, first starving yourself will NOT work. When your body thinks it's in a famine it slows the metabolism. That's why they say you have to eat breakfast, as it gets your metabolism cranked up and you'll be hunger by lunch. Some protein works great for this. Try some frozen sausage that you can microwave. Drink some water or juice (not too much as it's loaded with sugar), get off the soda's including diet drinks as they trick your body and can hamper weight loss.
Lunch and dinner- 4 oz. of protein + 24 oz. of veggies. No bread, no sugar (potatoes, corn, beans, carrots all turn to sugar so cut them out). No sweets...
You'll loose weight. Exercise is always a good idea, but you can run a million miles and if your eating too much ti won't do a lick of good (I've tried it).
Loosing weight is simple, eat less calories than you burn. Get your body's engine burning maximum calories. This can be done by feeding it right.
Avoid fad diets, pills, shakes, anything that promises to be the magic cure... there isn't one... eat right, get good sleep, drink enough water where your pee isn't bright yellow and you'll be fine. Limit your fruits to breakfast as they are loaded with sugar & your body needs the day to burn that off. Don't eat after 7:30, as going to bed with a full belly generates FAT... good luck, make the effort, you're WORTH IT!

Make sure to get lots of exercise and try to cut out as much junk food (chips, pop, fast food etc.) as possible. Do some weight training with light weights and many reps to build the nice lean muscle. Then cardio work to lose fat from the body as whole. With exercise and a balanced diet you should be very pleased with the results as long as you push yourself.

There are plenty of meals that are healthy and filling without giving up taste. The thing is that whoever buys the groceries and/or cooks, is going to have to prepare meals that are healthier. Pick up a copy of "Shape" magazine. It has some great recipes. It also gives great exercise advise. Get involved in an sport activity. Bike riding, running, etc. Just try to do something active everyday and you will lose the weight.

My suggestion is watch what you eat, make sure to include as many vegetables and fruits into your daily intake. Avoid processed foods and take aways.. dont eat late at night, always snack but on good things, never let yourself starve. And exercise, even if its just 30 mins a day.. it will help alot. good luck

My aunty and mum lost 3 stones each in 5months and are still losing a pound a month even though there not dieting. This is exactly what they did, first they reduced there daily intake of calories they relised that they were over eating the biscuits they were having had 100 calories each not something they knew until they looked at the back of packaging. they went from 2500-3000 calories per day to just 1000 yet they were not starving themselves. but were checking there packaging at how much calories they were eating they had set meals and smaller portions. In between there meals if they got hungry they would snack on low calorie nuts fruit and water. If you feel you are hungry it might just be thirst. Also they took up an hour of physical excercise 4times a day this was at the gyn having classes and swimming, withing one month they both lost a stone and it took 4 munths for them to loose the other 2stone. You will achieve your goal only if you don't slip up avoid the temptation and be dedicated, if your not dedicated ul fall at the first hurdle and will have to start all over again think if you start now by winter youl be a different more confident person dedication and motivation is all you need to achieve this it will be hard but nothing in life is easy, but you writing that you want to loose weight shows that you are dedicated. Good luck
