That is not true...there are only two-three days out of the month that a woman is fertile. There is a way to calculate a woman's ovulation...it's called an ovulation test and you can buy them at any department store. It will tell you if your girl is ovulating or not. Also, if she has a white discard from her vagina that too can mean she is ovulating. This method is called family planning.
With all that...there still is a possibility she may get pregnant even when she isn't ovulating...here's why...if you cum in her today and she ovulates one-two days from now your sperm can live in her body for three-five days and it will wait for the egg. Best to use the tests and document it in a notebook (just like she does for her period).
If you do not want to cum in her, and want to pull out, that is perfectly safe. That being said YOU need to be sure you have enough self control to pull out before you cum. There is NO sperm in your pre-cum. Again, unless you just had sex then there are still traces in your urethra and the pre-cum will wash it out. Best to use the bathroom and piss and wash yourself off before having round 2.
DO NOT take my word as truth...go do your own research. I would suggest getting condoms and the ovulation tests. Make sure you understand what you are doing before you do it. Please also read a book called, "Birth Control for Christians". Do not be put off by the title, it gives great in depth information on all of the advice I posted above.
All in all...just use condoms. Cheap and they are easy to get and use.

Seems very complicating and just as frightening(if not more so) then the pull out method. I have tried just about every condom on the shelf and the most satisfying and pleasurable for both him and her in my opinion is Twisted by Trojan.If you were to get the variety pack with Twisted condoms I would stay away from the Fire and Ice condom, unless of course you like your penis to burn as soon as you put it on..lol

I am going to tell you how I did it for more than 12 years, cumming inside her everyday and never got her pregnant. You have to know her exact date of her periods and how many days the periods last on average. (Example): If her periods last 6 days you can fuck her all 6 days while on her period. A girl can't get pregnant on her period. Lets say her period will be on Oct 15, that means her period will be over around Oct 21. Now take the date right on the middle of her period which is Oct 18. I would start fucking her 7 days before Oct 18 (middle of period) and 7 days after Oct 18 (middle of period), but would always give her a spermicide ovule so she would put in her vagina about 15 minutes before sex. So that's how I did it for so many years. So from the middle of her period you got 7 days before and 7 days after to cum inside her with a spermicide ovule for better assurance and the rest of the days I would still fuck her with no rubber but I would always use the spermicide ovule and cum outside, but don't risk yourself to almost explode in her vagina, get out a few seconds later and wack it off.
