If you are worried AT ALL go see your doctor.
I feel down a set of stairs when I was pregnant with #2 (fell on my bum & back) bruised my bum and ribs - went to the hospital right away and they did a stress test on me & baby and an ultra sound. She was just fine. Put case in point, I went to see the OB right away.

There’s probably nothing to worry about but go and see your doctor or go to the hospital and ask just to be cautious. We can’t answer this question for you, you need to be seen to confirm everything is okay. Go as soon as you can.
I wish you all the very best.

Go immediately to the E.R., and I mean immediately. When you are pregnant, the motto is better safe than sorry. In any occasion, for any little change you notice. Go NOW.
At the same time, do not panic though, babies are very resilient . My mother rolled down a whole spiral staircase when she was pregnant with me, and ... here I am . And I was a healthy, beautiful baby too ! :).
