I don't know how to solve your problem for you, but I will say this. 99% of the answers on this page won't apply to you, some are retarded, but many more are misguided well meaning sentiments.
If I were in your position, I would try absolutely as hard as I could a) to not masturbate over pictures of my mother, and if that means not masturbating at all, then so be it.
