Then EDUCATE yourself in nutrition. Know what the "right" things to eat are. Learn about portion control.
That is a start. You can go to the library (or use Google) and see what you can find on the subject.

When I see something tasty my body is "hungry". I defiantly do not starve my self. Thank you still for your answers. :)

i know perscribing diet products is probably not the best think but this actually works. try looking around for slimquick fruit drinks. all it is is just powder that you add to water to make juice. it actually doesnt taste bad and it works. it comes with an easy to follow exercise plan and its relatively cheap deepending on the kind you get. what it does is it fills up your stomache so your not hungry, which isnt really going to help if you still want to eat but once you do youll regret it. if you eat too much it makes you feel gasy and bloated which of course is a deterent. i weighed 220 lbs and in 1 2 1/2 months im down to 198 and still going. plus i eat whatever i want just smaller amounts.

Not eating is a stupid thing to do. You will when your older if you carry on, as you are growing and are very young, you will still have your baby fat, eg, your tummy, legs etc etc. These will go as you get older. If you starve yourself then you will one day get to bbreaking point and eat everything in sight. If you take things in moderation, then its ok. as you get what you want and still be in good shape. Eating your 3 meals a day is good for a balanced diet. When you feel like you want to eat, have nuts, fruit or drink water. Join a gym if your worried, go for a 30 minute walk everyday, do sit ups etc.
This is the better way, as what you are doing is dangerous and wont last longer than about a month anyway.

Diets DON'T work. You can have a diet as a short term fix to lose weight but once you come off the diet you will pile the weight back on which is very unhealthy.
The best way to lose weight is to exercise regularly. Try exercising for 40 minutes a day. 30 minutes exercise a day will help keep weight off but not actually help you lose weight. Eat a healthy and balanced diet. Three meals a day, never skip a meal! If you want to snack grab some fruit or a breakfast bar. Don't drink sugary drinks, drink water.
Also, try ice cold water! Proven to help you lose weight.
Good luck! But remember starving is not the way to go.

You can't starve yourself skinny. It's absolutely the wrong way to go about it. The less you eat, the slower your metabolism gets, the more FAT your body will try to store.
Eating 5 meals/snacks a day and drinking plenty of water is the way to go. I think exercise is a great thing, not for losing weight, but for keeping a good body shape. Also getting a good 6-8 hours sleep can help.
So I would suggest you talk to your doctor or a nutritionist and get help making a food plan that will work for you.
And YES, you have to eat.. and breathe & sleep.

Eat little, and often. To be honest i'm not the best person to reply as i've never had issues with weight, but i'm sure there are plenty of others on here who could advise you better.
My mum is on a diet right now, not sure if you have this in america or not. It's called 'slimming world' very similar to weight watchers, you go to meetings etc, but you can eat a wider range of food with slimming world. So because she's on it, i'm on it aswell, but some of the recipies are really tasty and flavourful, so it seems like you're not on a diet at all!!
Hope this helped xx

There is a growing consensus that exercise is basically useless for losing weight. I'm not saying stop exercising, but I am saying stop thinking about it in terms of fat loss--it is for fun and general health.
"I don't want to eat but I just have to." Well, yes, you have to eat. But you don't have to eat every bit as much as you are eating right now, do you? You could wait until your stomach growls before you eat, instead of eating when you think "that would hit the spot right now." You could eat until you're not hungry instead of eating until you're stuffed.

Starving yourself is never a good choice, do not even think of it as an option. If you want to lose weight, make sure your nutrients are balanced and do lots of anaerobic exercises, skipping rope, running, climbing stairs, anything that makes your heart race for twenty minutes at least. Anaerobic exercises will evenly remove fat all over your body, starting with the fat around your belly.
I hope that helps.
