Sounds like some combination of good luck, good preparation, or a good partner. Do you feel cheated that you missed the combination of blood, sweat, and tears that your great-grandmother probably experienced on her wedding night? (Some women have a psychological need for all the pain and discomfort, as a sort of "punishment" for enjoying what they were taught was a "naughty" thing.) It certainly doesn't sound like you have anything to be truly worried about.

your'e very lucky and it seems your partner prepared you for sex and you were ready for it. dont worry about the no blood thing, its very normal. the hyman skin is very thin and comes in all shapes and sizes. just get on with your life and enjoy the sex.

First times are different for everyone. Some people experience a lot of pain, some don't experience any at all.The bleeding usually comes from the hymen being broken (the hymen is a thin piece of skin covering the entrance to the vagina) but if someone has been involved with rigorous activities like exercise then it may have already been torn.A lot of the pain would also come with nerves and not being able to relax, so maybe you just trusted the person you were with.Don't stress about this, sex is different for everyone. It feels different, means different things to just about everyone. If you are really worried, definitely go to your doctor, although I think everything will be fine.Best Wishes, Indie.

It's completely normal. Even if it had been painful, not everyone bleeds.
The hymen can be broken in many ways other than through sex such as athletics or other sports such as swimming, riding a bike, horse riding and also through using tampons.

Some friends of mine was in terrible pain for days afterwards. Others never felt anything but pleasure from the very start. It variates. But for the majority it is an unpleasant experience. Concider yourself lucky I guess :)
