 well....snap the same thing happened to me. You get lots of attention from the males and the bitchiness from the females.....thats life hunny....
the males find it attractive which is natural, at your age though they are not sure how to cope with this...and unbelievingly it comes out at making fun!! the girls....just jealousy!
be confident with what you have, be sure to wear the correct bras's (that you will be thankful for when you're older)...they are part of you, and an assett. believe it or not if you learn that when you get older you will realise that it can be a good thing....
I am a 38E....and proud of them, gets me noticed, but they are part of me......

My sister has the same problem as you. She is 13 and has developed QUITE fast for her age and she has big ol' 34D's. Naturally, she is the envy of all the other girls at school (all though sometimes their jealousy comes out in pretty mean ways) and all the boys are giving her unwanted attention (and at that age, they don't give you nice attention. They tease and act like baboons)...
Just remember that eventually their bodies (and brains) will catch up to where you are. Just ignore those jerks at your school... you are gorgeous!

 Just be thankful that you have them love. Don't listen to what other people say. The girls are probably just jealous and the boys just don't understand. I'm sorry that they are being rude by picking at you, that's the hardest part to deal with. You should think of some clever responses to shut them up. Like a good response for a girl is: "You're just jealous because you don't have any yet". Or "Yes, I guess when you compare them to your little bug bites, they are huge!" Or "Don't worry, you might catch up some day." Maybe for the boys you could respond with "You're just mad because you'll never get to see how spectacular they really are!" Or "Don't hate me because God has blessed me." Hold your head high and be proud of what God has blessed you with. You go girl!!!!!!!!!!!

A lot of guys prefer when a woman is more curvy, so you can use them to your advantage in the future! When they grow up, they'll realise how jealous they actually are, and how much they wish their's were bigger.
Plus, you're young, so your definition of huge is probably a little different to a womans!

 being picked on and teased almost seems to be the way of school. to be blunt about it. ok do. you have big boobs. some women would kill for bigger brests. if the people saying it are girls. well.. give them a taste of their own medicine. just make fun of their tiny boobs you're maturing faster than they are. so they're still babies and let them know that. ifits the guys doing it. well ask them if their big boy hair has started growing or if their balls have dropped.
school is fight or be beaten. i hate to be blunt about it but it is. you get made fun of? do excatly the same back. give as good as you get.
