Hi,
Contact your bank and inform them that you accounts have been hacked. Ask them to investigate and call in the Fraud Office who will then gather the necessary evidence to prosecute her.
In the mean time DO NOT HAVE any contact with her

Exactly what Dirtball says. Get all the proof, then take it the police. Hacking, fraud, illegal allegations of assault, harassment. Plenty of things that will ensure that she's put away, hopefully at Her Majesty's pleasure in an asylum.

 Gather proof and then contact the police. She is harassing you and that isn't legal in many places. I would suggest doing nothing to her except taking legal action. She would be the type of person who would take any measure of revenge you do against her to the police, so don't give her any ammo. Proceed with caution.
