I have been on a four day training course, where I meet a lovely guy, we exchanged the odd word here and there but I was too shy to start a conversation as I would have got tongue tied. I often caught him glancing at me then looking away, his body language was screaming at me.What it boils down too, is that we've have now gone our seperate ways, I only know his first name and what country he's from, how on earth do I get back in contact?? Or do I just keep kicking mysaelf at let this be a lesson to myself??

Yeah, I don't think the training company can release that kind of information...confidential.
But, you could still give it a try.

Pretty much keep kicking yourself, unless you are so determined that you call up the training course and try to describe him and find out if they can give you any extra information.
Lesson learned, huh? (sorry, your situation really stinks.... but at least you have the memory!)

Can you go back to the company who organized the training and either get an email address for him or ask them to pass on a message to him on your behalf? The name and country should certainly be enough... Cannot think of any other way...Good luck
