Kissing someone who is drunk is pretty sloppy (especially when you're drunk too) and you may pull away with bitten lips or toungue, not to mention a fountain of spit all over your face.
If you're looking for a nice kiss then you should maybe g for the ones who are not drunk.

anyway, it depends on the person. me, for example, i am a drunk kissing whore. get a pretty decent amount into me and i'm kissing strangers on cheeks and hot people on the lips haha.
