Go to your local STD clinic, make sure you go with him just to make sure that he is telling you the truth. You have more to loose than him. Chlamydia can cause women to become infertile and you will never have kids. Please don't have sex without a Condom, you risk catching a disease, and don't believe a guy who says that he is ok, he's not a doctor and unless he is checked up and treated, nobody knows what he has. CONDOMS babes, unless you know for sure a guy is a virgin or he has been tested and you want to have children with him. HIV and Aids can lie dominant without any symptoms for 5years, and even if he has been tested, and the test came back negative, he could still have it, because it often shows a negative result.(false negative) Condoms can save your life, please don't risk your health for a little bit of sex fun.

chlamydia if ver easy to treat with a course of anti-biotics, chances ar he had it and has been treated by a doctor....
If he hasnt and is lieing to you he is not worth being with... chlamydia wont go on its own he would need to be treated by a doctor, and if left long enough untreated can cause man and women to not be able to have children.
You can have chlamydia with no symptioms.
If you have any doubt atall about his sexual health, use a condom and keep youself protected.
If you are on contracteption and in a long term steady relationship, both goto the 'gum' http://www.brook.org.uk/ clynic and get checkedout together. that way, you both know its safe.
