Some will do it to any girls. Some only do it per request. Some try to avoid it. Just because he does it, it doesn't mean he loves you more than the other guy who doesn't. It's totally a preference thing.

 There's a whole range, from those guys that won't ever go down on a woman, to those that only do when the feel they have to, to those that do when asked, to those that do without being asked but only with girls they like, to those that will every chance they get. Personally, I don't do casual sex regardless, including casual oral, but whenever I'm with a girl that I'm dating and serious about I LOVE to eat her. It is fun for me to make our time fun for her, reciprocated or not.
