writes:My friend had a boyfriend and they broke up about 3 weeks ago.Now the guy keeps on talking to me and starts saying he loves me. At first I thought it was just one of those normal love you text's but then my other friend told me that he probably wanted more because we have gone home together twice and we laugh but I actualy don't know what to do.Please help me.  Hi Confused,
I think you should be firm and tell this guy that you're not interested. Tangling with a friends (recent) ex is always bad news and can ruin a friendship. Besides, he doesn't really know you - so he cant really "love" you. Love takes a while to foster. So yes, he may be doing this to get his ex jealous or to get you into bed with him. Either way, his intentions are less than honorable.
