in no particular order...
1) bad teeth (tho this isnt always a deal breaker, he could have qualities that mask it).
2) poor hygiene (messy greasy hair, bad breath, dirty clothes, sweat stains, smelly feet, nubby fingernails... basically a general unkept appearance like he just doesn't care)
3) has overly feminine features (tiny hands, girly facial features, full lips, etc)
4) guys who are; lazy (expect me to support em & do everything), pushy, arrogant (loud), vain, rude, liars, clingy, insecure, abusive, and flirt with everything.
guys who have; no respect, no manners, no loyalty, no humor, ...
5) weird style (socks and flip flops, jeans that are 10 sizes too bit and don't cover his ass, etc)
6) overly muscled... i don't want to cuddle with a rock, lol.
putting this all into a list makes me sound kind of demanding lol; but basically, lots of these are common sense... & most likely some of the things that turn us girls off of guys, also would turn guys off of girls.
as long as a guy is clean and doesn't think he's god gift to women its usually all good... hope this helps =)

6. has no sense of humour, i dont get people that odnt have one or just wayyyyyyyy too serious all the time

nasty teeth. brush them! there is no need to have dark yellow teeth! and your breath will smell. also if they're not straight, and crooked.
man boobs. strange. I don't think guys should have them.
it's fine if you got a little baby fat, but you shouldn't be huge.
bitten-down-to-the-nub finger nails.....blech.
when guys don't shave down below....sometimes it's alright, as long as it's not a forest down there.
being overly muscular.
as far as personality goes...
too cocky guys...sometimes it's attractive, but it's not something I would want as a long term boyfriend
the classic "guy that thinks he's funny." but really isn't. if you're noticing that you laugh at your own jokes more than other people do....that may be a problem.
rude boys. there's no need to be mean:(
overly clingy boys. sometimes it's sweet, because you feel loved, but most of the time, you're just plain CREEPY.
guys who get REALLY angry way too easily
please don't brag about the size of your genitaila. I don't care.
that's all I can think of right now...

I may be in the minority, but I really find tattoos a turn off. A guy who is talking to you but constantly checking out other women.
I think all of us ladies just want a guy to show he cares about his appearance. We don't expect him to be a model, but hey, he needs to be able to take a shower and wear clean clothes! No woman wants to go out with a man who smells and looks like he just finished cleaning the sewers!

I don't like guys who are rude to others (for example, waiters, cleaners, etc), or who are overly superficial. Oh and I also don't like guys who go "Yeah baby," and think they're all hot and desirable. They look stupid to me.
But then again I would have trouble getting along with girls of the same kind. :P

8. Too sexual. Meaning all he does, thinks, and talks about is sex.
9. Laziness
10. Is not a kind individual

Being a woman, here are a few of the things a man can do to turn me completely off:
1. Not be clean. He doesn't have to wear cologne or even put on a lot of deodorant, but the guy needs to have a good shower every day and brush his teeth.
2. Refuse to tip servers at a restaurant when they've been really friendly and prompt at getting your meal and beverage. I don't mean forgetting. I mean flat-out refusing.
3. Too much dirty talk. An occasional innuendo is okay, but if a man is referring constantly to sex in a conversation, I wonder what he thinks of me as.
4. Talk back to his parents, or even worse, his grandparents. Kick his dog, or ignore a child.
5. Be overly jealous or possessive on a first date, when he really doesn't have a right to be. Women interpret this as a red flag. Most of the time, it's not cute.
Believe it or not, his appearance is not nearly as much of a make-or-break as his attitude. I would say that the same things that would turn off a guy about a girl are pretty much the same things that turn girls off. When a guy is really polite and considerate, often a girl will wonder what it was that made the guy suddenly look so handsome and physically attractive, when he wasn't before.

Bahaha I'm totally cracking up about tenisstar88's #1 Jacked up crooked teeth. True, true. If a guy has a gnarly grill it's not very appealing.
I think the biggest turnoff for me is if a guy is overly feminine (as in he has trouble with people believing he's straight) or those out of control alpha males. If a guy wears sparkly shirts and takes longer than I do to get ready eww. If he's a pompous jerk that thinks he's God's Gift I will go out of my way to ignore the loser and be completely sarcastic and rude about everything he says. Bad hygiene for sure and not caring about how he looks. I'm not trying to be hypocritical with the whole idea of him taking longer than I do to get ready, but a guy has gotta care at least a little about how he looks. Bathes, doesn't wear holy/faded/worn out clothing, does a little something with his hair, wears deoderant, and smells nice but not overpowering.

A
reader, anonymous, writes (30 November 2010): You'll find these are a lot of the common ones. I know they're mine.
1. Having a big headed and rude manner about him (especially being arrogant, big headed or having an extreme fowl mouth).
2. Being pervy! (this certainly doesn't turn me on, it gives me extreme creeps).
3. Having personal hygiene problems. I'm sure not many women find men with bad breath, stinking of B.O, having greasy hair and looking filthy attractive. Unless they are dirty themselves..
4. Talking all about themselves! It's not nice and certainly isn't a turn on, unless he's Mel Gibson or something. Being actually interested in what the girl has to say in my opinion IS a turn on, as she'll actually think you're a nice, genuine guy.
5. To add to the upper answer, him talking about his ex girlfriend or how many girls he's slept with, who he finds attractive, what he finds attractive, talking about sex on the first date and speaking about inappropriate, disgusting subjects such as poo, farts, bumholes, cum, piss, etc, also, IS a turn off.
6. And yes, image can be a huge turn off too. It's nice for a man to look like he's made an effort such as him having a nice hair cut, beard, nice well picked out clean clothes, etc, etc.
A lot of women like myself, like men to have a lot of charm about them, that for me is a huge turn on. A little cheeky but not too much, if you know what I mean. I think you get the picture.

I have a feeling you'll get a list a mile long with this one. ;)
For me, bad breath is a real turn off. Actually, not only bad breath, but bad hygiene. I don't want to get anywhere close to a guy who smells like a yak and looks like he just rolled out of bed, pulled on some ripped and stained shirt, and musty pair of sweatpants, not to mention major bed head that lasts all day.
On the non-appearance side, a cruel guy who has to put down people all the time, shows no kindness, and is dismissive to people who help him (i.e. restaurant servers, retail workers, and people like that), and pretty much loves himself above all others.
