 Hmmmm. Well, I don't think there is a "one-size-fits-all" answer to this one. But, from my humble perspective, I think it all depends on the woman, the situation, the level of attraction, the pheromones, or whatever.
The main thing in matters of the heart (or the hormones) is not to stack the deck against yourself by trying to set up situations to lead to the same end every time. That would be pretty boring, wouldn't it?
I would say: Keep it in the moment and enjoy it while it lasts. But, don't expect it to be the same every time.

It depennds on the person, but, if i was not pregnant, i would likely have sex on a first or second date if i liked the guy... it depends on what i was looking for at the time... if i was looking for a relationship, then no, you would have to wait until i trusted you fully. If i was just after a bit of fun, then sure, why not?
be careful though.... i wouldnt want to be picking up any diseases from you!

I know you're after a female perspective on this, but basically it depends on the individual doesn't it. Most women probably wouldn't have sex right away, but some will. It depends on their own personality, the timing, the circumstances and the basic attraction.
By the way, it's not about "low standards" as Ask Heather puts it. It's about individuality and peolple being different. You're not superior in some way because you don't have sex on first meeting, so let's drop the piety and the sanctimony.

 To answer your question, No, Personally I would not have sex straight away, but everyone is different. I can`t see how you can "get to know someone" over a couple of drinks in an evening. A few drinks in the bar, with the guy I`ve just met, wouldn`t lead to sex for me. I suppose you should count yourself lucky, you met someone with your own low standards. Women are very smart, from the time we get our first bra have been pestered, so most women will already be able to tell if they are the least bit interested from your demeanor. There is no magic clue to get more women to have a one night stand with you.
