reader, anonymous, writes (30 October 2009): It's hard to cheat on Facebook, unless you are pretending to be someone else, but then you wouldn't be connecting to real friends. It can be done I suppose, but just not the best way to cheat.

Not by me... I use it to reconnect with old freinds who I've lost touch with. It's great! I graduated from high school nearly 30 years ago, and have been able to reconnect with dozens of people who I had NO IDEA what happended to them.

Maybe for a select few but by no means all!
I suppose it does make flirting easier, in that you don't have to venture off your couch to interact with someone.. But i personally use it to keep in contact with friends rather than any of that, and would hope the majority do.

Not always. But it could be used for cheating. You'd have to say what is being said on facebook before anyone could give you a full opinion.

I dont know how other people use it but my husband and I use it to keep in touch with people we know who dont live any where near us and still feel live we are apart of their lives.
That and he and I like playing the Facebook poker thing. That is just fun.
