I don't know whats wrong with me.

I feel like bursting into tears all the time for no reason. I don't want to go out with my friends anymore and my mood swings are so bad i just want to give up on everything. I get so many spots now and i never used to get them.

I'm 14 and i'm on the pill.

Whats wrong with me. everyone else just seems normal and i just don't know whats going on anymore.

TasteofIndia agony auntDefinitely check out alternatives to the Pill. It can wreak havoc on your hormonal system!! Not to mention, you're 14 and that's a rough time to be in. Your hormones are already going crazy and feeling depressed is sort of a phase of growing up. Being a teenager. But, you shouldn't have to feel so depressed all the time. Definitely go to the doctor and tell him or her what you've been going through and ask him if there's an alternative to the Pill that might be a little easier on you.

Good luck!

Go back to your doctor mate and get the pill changed. Another thing that worries me is that you are only 14 and on the pill. Maybe this is the problem. You are young and have a whole life ahead of you for relationships and being on the pill. Maybe you need to end any sexual relationship and just be young and enjoy company without the pressure of under age sex. If once you are off the pill the spots do not clear up go back to your doctor, there are some good tablets to help with problem skin. Also keep a diary of when you feel down and when your periods are. The doctor will use this to determine if your sadness is linked to hormones or some other reason. Lastly and this probably should have been first on the list, talk to a trusted adult about how you are feeling. Good luck babe hope you feel happier soon xxx

Whatever you do- don't give up!!!

It sounds like the pill you are on does not suit your body properly.

Ask your doctor if there are any alternatives/ different pills.

Eventually you will find one that does not give you bad side effects :)

Good luck
