Spend time with friends and family, is my best advice. If it hadn't been for them then I would not have smiled recently at all.

I believe you maybe in a state of shock. I recall a time when I felt numb..its the mind trying to cope or block out a traumatic event. I would suggest you see a doctor or go talk with someone whom you trust 100 % to tell your story to so the healing process can begin. take care you will get through this with time and support.

Time heals all wounds. Give yourself some time to hurt, but make sure you don't let that go on too long. Then, give yourself plenty of time to heal. Rediscover what makes you feel good and makes you happy on your own. When it's your time to try again, someone will come along. You just need time :) Feel better solidgirl

First of all I'm sorry you have had a difficult time recently. I would try going to a counselor or therapist. they can help address your trauma and figure out ways of coping with the incident.
