girl i think you just almost got pregnant....dont play with your body like that........if he sticks it in and you say no....then he will be mad and take it from you .....so dont waste your life or time with this guy its not worth getting pregnant or disease...
A
reader, anonymous, writes (5 January 2011): I would definatly call this sex. if he is rubbing his penis against your vagina and he 'accidently' slips in, he's teased you and had sex with you.

By law, it is sex... By societies standards, it is not. most adults consider sex to be the willful penatration of a woman by a man, resulting in climax of one or both. Basically its up to you if count it but in a few years when you have had a couple "serious" relationships, you will probably forget all about it and if you dont it will just be a funny story you get buzzed and tell your best friend. Dont think it will reflect badly on who you are. I just cant understand that if "his" was close enough to slip into "yours", and it DID, why didnt you just get it over with?

Plain an simple.

Rubbing is sex. Intercourse on the other hand is to have the penis in the vagina. And by the sounds of it you didn't have full intercourse (still enough to get you pregnant though).
Sex however can be anything sexual, even kissing. It all depends on how you choose to define it. But whatever it is you do when you are both naked or showing/touching reproductive organs IS sex. Even if it's just rubbing up against each other. So don't be naive. You've had sex.

A
reader, anonymous, writes (2 January 2011): I really disagree with the general yes here
It was just a slip! It was not sex, it didn't go in deep and it was immediately taken out!

A
reader, anonymous, writes (2 January 2011): Did he wear a condom? If he didnt and he just slipped an inch you cud get pregnant. Even if your a virgin you can still get pregnant because he was near and in your virgina.

Yes, this is sex I'm afraid!
Even if the glads of the penis go into the vagina half an inch, that is counted as sex.
But if you want to count it as a number, that's your choice.
If you were a virgin before, you would have lost your virginity.

It depends on wether or not ur serious with this guy, and if ur ready for sex, if u guys aren't very serious and may break up, I wouldn't say it's sex. And if having sex imbarases u I wouldn't call it sex. But me and this guy were just playin with each other and I consider it a hand job. Of course when I said that we 'had sex' he broke it off.it truly matters what king of person he and u are. Yes I'd say it was sex though. Good luck

I guess biologically you are still a virgin considering your hymen did not break.
Otherwise, I always say it depends on your personal beliefs. Some cultures and religions suggest that pleasuring one another in a sexual way can be considered as sex.
I personally think that, no, it doesn't count as sex. You did not experience the breaking of the hymen and he did not ejaculate inside of you. The terms are, of course, iffy, but its honestly up to you whether or not you want to believe it was sex. Don't let it get you down.
