I have inspected myself and so has he. So I'm very confused. What are the possibilities, if you could list somethings he could possibly have.We are making a doctors appointment in the next couple days, if nessecary.Thank you xxxx

BTW - rashes caused by HIV/AIDS uaully only occur after a person has had HIV for years and years (over 10 yrs let's say) -and the immune system is worn down I highly, highly doubt that would be the cause. And a rash from HIV would not be localized in the genitals.

I'd suggest the two of you make the doctor's appointment and see what's going on. I say this next part bc you're young - please remember to wash your hands after examining the rash - if it's, for example, HPV (the virus that causes genital warts) it's very contagious and could be passed to others through casual contact. Not saying it is - perhaps you two are both allergic to the latex in condoms and both had an allergic reaction - the rash could be caused by a wide variety of things, but it does sounds like it's transmissable.
Pls don't "freak out" or play the blame game with each other, it's good your talking about it - make the appt, see the doctor and take it from there. Good luck.

Bumps that "lead to the penis" - where exactly is that? Could be natural and harmless, could be a fungus, could be a skin condition of some kind, could be warts, could be this could be that...
Doesn't sound like herpes as someone mentioned - herpes usually is very itchy before the breakout and then turn to lesions (like a cold sore).
Go to the doctor, get checked.

"If the bumps on penis are small, painless, raised, white or pale pink spots or bumps that appear on the shaft of the penis, they are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a totally natural occurrence on the body.
However other bumps may be a Sexual Trasnmitted Disease (STD), HIV/AIDS or illness and should be checked out by a urologist doctor. " Wellsphere.com
My friend also told me about this. He went to the doctor and it wasn't an STD. Though he should get it checked out.

I am not sure what condition he has but I suggest you get himn to check it out as women need to be careful as it can affect your fertility.
tell him not to be embarrassed as many man and doctors see this and treat it.
