 For me, the idea is quite sexy, and as others have said, it shows that my girlfriend wants every part of me.  Agree with DoubleM. It must be mutual. I love cum in general, but even I've known guys whose cum I did not want to swallow. Also, whenever I've discussed it with a guy, while they've agreed that it was a very wonderful thing for them when I swallowed their cum, it did not really make a huge difference to them when I didn't (I like to mix things up in these matters).
