I would worry that the trama to it would make it feel less good when played with. Hell just from using a vibrator on my clit it is less sensitive to normal touch. I'm not sure if it does i dont know anyone that has one. Just look into that.

 I had a VCH piercing for a long time && my boyfriend loved it. it makes orgasms so intense. but as far a labia piercings go, I don't think most guys like them. I love piercings myself but I had a girlfriend [I'm bi] with her labia pierced && it just made things difficult. I would go for a small [like 16 gauge] vertical clit hood piercing. it's great.

Most piercing questions here run about 2-1 anti. Me, I like them. Hood more than labia, for what it's worth.
One caution: my partner has two piercings, and the "trickier" one never gave her a lick of trouble, but the "easier" one has bothered her for years, it is I think not worth the trouble for her. Totally hot, but when you sometimes don't want it touched it can defeat the purpose.
So in addition to +1'ing the reputable piercer, make sure to be religious about the rinsing etc for the first few months, if you choose to get one.
