I pulled out with the condom still on, and i made sure the condom wasn't ripped or anything, and NO sperm even touched the vaginal area. BUT, she told me she was a day late for her period, yet it's happened to her before, being late i mean. So could she be pregnant?

Probably not, my periods were never on time at that age. She needs to be on BC, that would prevent pregnancy and regulate her cycle. Stress always delays your cycle, you did good using protection, but if she wants to be safer tell her to get on BC.

Doubtful, given that from the information you've told us it doesnt sound as though her cycle is always regular - wait another few days, and if she still hasnt started, get a test. But it sounds like you should be fine, and being worried/stressed could delay her period further, so try to do things to take her mind off it.
I would also STRONGLY suggest that you get her onto the pill, quickly! There are plenty of things that can go wrong with using a condom, and the pill, so use both together to avoid pregnancy scares in future.

There's very little chance. Girls' periods can be unpredictable. However, if you are worried, make sure she gets herself tested.
