writes: after about six months of dating me and my girl stopped using a condom, we have just stopped dating after about a year and a half. after not using a condom for that long i cant get back in the swing of things and the new girl im interested in insists that i wear one. what can i do to get my erection to last longer.

Condoms just suck, I agree. There are herbal supplements like L-arginine and yohimbe that can help youre erections and arousal. Ive tried them and they were good but not dramatic. Do some homework on those they arnt hard to find. Also check into a better condom if your loosing feeling. I remember I liked a brand called Kimono. Trojans were the worst in my opinion. Its been a while since I had to bother with a rain coat (thank God) but I remember those days.

reader, anonymous, writes (7 September 2007): well there isnt much that you can do. speaking from a nurse. but think about it this way. if you dont use a condom and u catch an sti, you may loose your erections completly for a long time. and you will however get used to the condoms and your body will adjust to it. It's mainly in your mind, you don't want to wear one, so your not going to maintain your erection

She's a new girlfriend. I think you should respect her wish for you to wear protection, because that is what a condom is for; protection. She wants you both to be protected.If you ask me, either you take viagra or something and wear a condom. It might be wise to consult your doctor, and see what he can recommend for you. In my eyes, you either do that, and find a way to fix your problem, or you simply don't have sex with her, and I think I know which one of those you'd prefer!
