Your friend has to see a doctor. That's the only way to find out what's going on.

azoospermia can be caused by a blockage in the tubes that transport the sperm from the testes or because no sperm is produced at all. A biopsy is sometimes needed to discover what the cause is.A blockage can usually be treated surgically but if it's not a blockage then your friend is likely to have to undergo further tests as to why he isn't producing any sperm. There are various reasons why a man might not produce sperm (including hormonal, congenital and testicular problems or side-effects from certain medications). It's a bit difficult to advise what can be done to help as the cause isn't clear yet and the aunts on this site don't have enough medical knowledge to answer this question properly. This problem requires specialist medical management. Just be there to support him.

from what iv herd about that, when theres no sperm in the ejaculation, its not painful, or harmful in any way, it just means that this friend of yours cant have children. i dont think theres any cure, its not like a doctor can inject sperm into the guys testis, if this is a problem because the guy wants children, he and his wife should look into IVF with a doctor who specialises with this. hope this helps.
