Yes you can but like misstellall said it's really unlikely
I have been off birth control for 4 years and my husband and i don't use condoms and i have never once gotten pregnant during this time and i know he is capable of making babies and so am i
we are also not trying to get pregnant so i'm going to say it's a rare chance

It is possible to become pregnant from a man's pre-ejaculate fluid (pre-cum) under certain circumstances, though the chances are quite low.
Pre-cum itself does not contain sperm, however sperm left behind from a previous ejaculation might be an eager stow-away on the pre-ejaculate cargo ship.

While it is 'possible' to get pregnant from precum it is not very likely. My current boyfriend and I have not used a condom in roughly six months, never ejaculating inside, the only issue being precum and I haven't even had a scare. I know a lot of people will give me grief for this, but if you dk the research a lot of sources say there is very little sperm in precum, if any in some men.
Not to say you shouldn't use a condom when you both don't know if you're clean.
Overall, it is not impossible to get pregnant from precum, but very unlikely.
