 okay your boobs probably WILL grow but it's wrong of people to be assuring you that they definitly will because that isn't always the case! I was a B cup at 13, I'm 25 now and still a B cup so there are no garuntees. However, I don't think you should see it as the end of the world if you don't get any bigger, believe me, you'll meet lots of girls who complain non stop about the curses of having massive boobs so I'm kinda glad for mine being a modest size now! Love what you're given and work it, boobs are definitly not the be all and end all hun :)

 I didn't even wear a bra until I was 15 because they were so small. When I turned 18 I was a D, now at 21 i'm an E!
You don't stop growing until you're in you're in your 20s, give yourself time.

 A woman's breast size can change throughout her life for a number of different reasons.Don't worry about it at 13 - you have several years to develop, and if it so happens that you don't grow larger breasts, that's okay too. Breasts of all shapes and sizes are beautiful.

 Also, do note if you gain some weight there is a chance of them getting bigger. I was a flat A in high school, now at 25 I'm a full C.

 Absolutely they will. 13 is just the beginning. You will definitely fill out more over the years... they stop around 18-21. No worries!!
