Since you say your sister isn't interesed in the idea, you could do some real psychological damage to her that could cause her to grow up with low self esteem and cause her to engage in self destructive behavior, like drug abuse or prostitution. Does she notice your erection or say anything about it?And don't you know girls who are sexier than your little sister? Surely there are. Start hanging around those girls and thinking or fantasizing about them. When you are around these girls, think about having sex witht hem and not your sister.

There is something psychologically wrong with you for wanting to have sex with your sister or touch her in private places....This is not only incestuous but it is a form of rape and molestation which will scar your sister for life....don't even think about touching her there!
You could be arrested, too, and your parents could be held responsible for your bad behavior, child welfare could even step in to your family....it sounds like you all need a social worker....or some family counseling.

Yeah, call 911 and tell them you have very good reason to believe your sister is at danger from an incestuous paedophile. Then admit yourself to the nearest psychiatric hospital and get the help you so obviously and desperately need. Thats the best help anyone can offer you.
