If there is anyone, would that person be willing to receive messages off and on, so that we could both perfect our language skills? Reply to this Question Share |

No, I can't dance the Sirtaki, Big Sis. Care to teach me how?
Tell me the steps and I might just enjoy life as much as good ol' (very ol') Anthony Quinn.

Thanks Danielepew for your help! I wish I had actually lived in Mexico since most of my hispanic friends are from Mexico.
At least I'm considered a Mexican in their hearts!

Danielepew is verified as being by the original poster of the questionWell, actually, I have a good story about sign language, Eyes :-). A group of Americans is documenting the birth of a language, the Nicaraguan sign language. This is the first time in history that scientists can do that. I was there :-), helping them translate from English into Spanish, and viceversa, while another girl translated to and from sign language :-).

I had friends over last week from Brazil and France. That was really fun, I was talking bad portuguse to the French, answering in baby French to the English and to the Brazillian's, I just nodded and smiled a lot... I wish you three good luck... I'm having problems here myself, and am going back to English just to be safe. Maybe when you all get to be experts you might spend some time helping me out. :(

Danielepew is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI don't know a lot of French. I finished the course, but frankly I need to practice the language a lot. Maybe the three of us can help one another out. I will send you two a private e-mail. Thanks a bunch for answering!

I know Spanish and English perfectly, but my French would need help. I can read some of it now, but I have forgotten most of it because I don't even practice it with anyone.
If you know a lot of French, I would like you to help me practice writting it at least.
