These are some verses I recite when a relationship hasn’t worked out for me
#…take the ‘L’ out of LOVER and it’s OVER!
Another chapter closes and a new one begins…
Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional, but it is I who must apply a bandaid for my own mistakes.
Not everything was a waste of time; we had great memories, but in the end I became a wiser person to recognise who is best for me.
Without him/her going I would never be where I am now – HAPPY!
Thank God for some things not working out; this person could near have robbed me of my happily ever after.

We all have been down this part and we survived. The trick is to keep busy and take each day as it comes. The pain lessons and you heal. Just don't be hard on yourself and expect it to disappear , it will but not if you keep pushing it. Grieve the loss of your relationship but don't get stuck in the past. Remember its a matter of time and I promise you will feel better.

“Sometimes you climb out of bed in the morning and you think, I'm not going to make it, but you laugh inside — remembering all the times you've felt that way.” Charles Bukowski“If you are going through hell, keep going.” Winston Churchill“There comes a time when you have to stop crossing oceans for people who wouldn't even jump puddles for you.” — Unknown"Breathe. It’s okay. You’re going to be okay. Just breathe. Breathe, and remind yourself of all the times in the past you felt this scared. All of the times you felt this anxious and this overwhelmed. All of the times you felt this level of pain. And remind yourself how each time, you made it through. Life has thrown so much at you, and despite how difficult things have been, you've survived. Breathe and trust that you can survive this too. Trust that this struggle is part of the process. And trust that as long as you don’t give up and keep pushing forward, no matter how hopeless things seem, you will make it." — Daniell KoepkeAnd the best one...."Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck."
