 I agree 100% with Not My Name. I think the reason why the celebrities hook up with their own kind is obvious, because they work around these people. They share the same interests such as their profession. Give them a new career or an environment without celebs and they will end up meeting a non-showbiz mate.It's just like anyone, as they say, if you want to meet a certain type of person..go where this type is found..a gym maybe, or a sports club, a bar. As for you, if want to meet hollywood actors, try a profession where you interact with them and you'll see...

 Those people have big ego's and it would be another thing to find another one with a bigger ego's than them.
Men are not very particular like women to look for someone who must be at their same or higher levels or standards.

I think it should be noted tho that it may not be about plastic and fame, ... celebs are just routinely exposed to other celebs and relationships happen with those we come in contact with. Whereas people like me pick up in the supermarket - well that is where I found the current one anyway sitting next to the kids toy fire engine ride lol
