Sorry, but you're reading way too much into this. He has a girlfriend, so in the interests of decency, don't get involved. Plus if you come out to him and there is no connection, you'll look back for trying to split them up.

Even on the off chance that he is, (if he is)you can;t make him face it or admit it unless /until he is ready to, .. can't make him act on it if he was unless/until he is ready to, ... and at the moment he has a girlfriend that he is choosing to be with so you need to step back, stay his friend, ..but if it hurts you too much then distance yourself so you can get over him.
