It should pass within the week. It is probably a bit of bruising mixed with rubbing burns from the clothing. If it takes too long to go away or if the pain is more internal then anything I would go see a doctor.
Maybe just have a chat with him some time and explain that he is abit too rough with you and you are worried about sex. If you haven`t told him at all he probably does not realize his own strength.
