So you are in between the ages of 13-15. You are so young and this is something you shouldnt be too worried about. You are still developing. If you know your going to do it anyway 4.5 inches is not a bad size. It is actually pretty normal and confortable for most. It you know what you are doing and what methods to use, then you should be perfectly fine. Just use safe sex, use a condom. Dont worty so much.

You do not say if you measure it when it was erect or flaccid... Either way if your so concerned about the size, stay more concerned on the foreplay than the actual penetration. You can fully satisfy a woman with foreplay, if you know what you're doing.

 4.5 flaccid or hard? Anyways, you should be good since only the first 3 inches of the vagina have a lot of nerves. I've never heard of a guy being dumped for too small a penis unless it's like cocktail sausage small while hard. Like lots of people say, it's not about what size it is, it's about what you can do with it. Big penises are overrated. It's all about what you can do with your hips and pubic bone.
