I have been on it for two days now and feel fine though I was just wondering whether this would lose me weight or would the supplements make me fatter? (I don't know if they contain any calories) will I lose weight on this diet? thankyoux

PLEASE don't put your body through hell.It might take you longer to be the size you want to be,but at least you will enjoy getting there. You can even enjoy going to Mcdonalds with your mates. There are no quick fixes. No short cuts.

No you won't lose weight. Your body will think you must be facing a period of starvation and will cling to every bit of fat that it has. When you do start fainting and smash your face up on the treadmill (boys love a broken nose!) and have a nice meal again your body will think it might be the only thing it's going to get in a while so it will turn everything you eat straight into more fat for future use.
The best way to lose weight is to stuff your face (eat regular meals) so your body knows it's ok to burn stuff up, but eat HEALTHY stuff and then go give it some on the treadmill. Also try and do some sit ups and upper chest stuff. It'll make your stomach and boobs more toned and the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn every day just by living.
Good Luck!! xx

Whatever weight you lose now is just water, and when you cave in and eat a big meal again, it'll all come back, plus some extra food issues! The sad thing is that this kind o yo yo dieting can make you even more fat than you started!
Not worth it. Just eat well: lots of fruit and veg, whole foods, mostly raw, just a little fat and sugar, not too much meat or alcohol etc. You'll mess your body up by denying it energy.

You need to eat at least 1000 calories a day to survive and have enough energy. You also need to drink extra water to replace all that you sweat out while on the treadmill. The diet you are on is dangerous and will lead to you starving to death or at least fainting and ending up in the hospital where they will force you to eat.Eat 1000 calories a day of low fat high vitamin foods like fruits, vegetables and whole grain breads combined with your exercise and you will lose 2-3 lbs.safely a week.

Eat sensibly, exercise every day. Use more calories than you eat.
At your age your body is still growing and adjusting to the chemical changes within. Your body needs proper fuel and liquid. Only 'actual' food can provide this.
Don't fall for these stupid faddy types of diet.
