Maybe there is no real proof of you paying the child support, but that depends on how you have been paying it.
Is it an automatic debit from your bank account, or have you been paying by cheque? Or has it just been an agreement and you have given your daughter's mother cash only?
There would have to be some sort of record of it surely. And if not, you need to come to at least a verbal agreement between yourself and your child's mother, to come to a reasonable sum which covers all the child's needs. Also, does your ex partner work? This would also come into the equation to be fair.
I would suggest going and getting the advice of a solicitor who deals with family law to know your rights. You need to cover all your bases, so you don't get ripped off.
I am assuming you want to have your rights as a parent to see your daughter, and you are entitled to expect that.
Why is your name not on your child's birth certificate? You are the biological father I presume. Has that been proven? If not, it needs to be.
I hope it all works out for you. Best Wishes.

It would not be an automatic thing that comes up. But your ex could take you to court and could try to get it out of you.
