I do think that it was an erection. we are dating for 1 months now never kiss before just hold hand sometimes and he never had that kind of think before. I am really wonder why he get the erection while we were walking not touching each other at all. does he think about me in sexual way or it is just and unexpected erection.and i want to know if an unexpected erection can occur randomly in the teenage men right???? (he is around 20) doesn't have to be because he think about sex right???

Yes, erections happen to young men all the time. We can't really do much to control them. He's with you, and he likes you, so his hormones will be all over the place.

I'm standing at attention. I would always get an erection when I was relaxed and not thinking of anything important (like French).

 You know my husband every time we would go to the hospital or the doctors office he would get an erection. He always told me that he had no idea why..that he wasn't horny..not attracted to anything..not even thinking about any thing. I always thought it was just because of the thought of nurses, you know the sexy image nurse. But it's not cause he can have a male dr.or and old heavy set lady and it still happens. We have actually turned it into a funny thing..I will tease him when ever we are there, make little remarks to him in the waiting room. It just became fun and games to us. Like the one guy said "pheromones" maybe that sanatlize, sterile, clean hospital smell does it to him. But seriously I wouldn't think any thing of it, sometimes their package has a mind of it's own. Maybe you did arouse him just being with him look at it as a compliment (you just walk by your man and he gets aroused) then maybe he was attracted to some one he saw (it's not a crime) us girls do it to. Then again it may have just had a mind of its own that day. How long you been together? 1 month well if he was sexually active before you and he is faith full a month can be a long time with no sex he might be ready to EXPLODE...I don't know how open yous are but if it happens again ask? But like I said don't worry about it. LOL

Around 14 years old, I would get an erection at inopportune times. I'd be sitting in class praying the teacher didn't call me... riding the bus home from school, many times I would have to walk with my bookbag covering this area in order to hide it....Sometimes there was a direct stimulus and other times there was no reason for it, it just happened...this I know is normal.
The thing is that the problem went away as I got older, but would still surface from time to time till around 20 years old. I had to think hard here but yea it did happen from time to time.
Considering the guys age (20), then I would venture to say that you had an effect on him. Hey, its only natural, so I wouldn't think anything bad about the guy.
And, you realize it may not be that he was consciously thinking about anything sexual. Just being around you could spark this desire inside of him. Even just the smell of you can trigger a sexual response(pheromones). I know the smell of my wife's hair sometimes does this and I am an old man compared to your bf.
