He probably does mean it.
If he is jealous or insecure as many men ARE, then I think he is asking you to be faithful.
It is not so much that he does not trust you. It is his own insecurity getting the best of him.

I think it does not mean anything in particular, it's something often said jokingly when people take their leave : " Be a good girl " , " Behave " ,stuff like that.
Unless you know him for a very insecure, jealous type who is always paranoid about being replaced, in this case he may have expressed a real concern.
Otherwise, he was just being playful.

I think it was probably a throw away comment and you should just forget it. People often say 'Be good' when they say goodbye, it's just something people say!
Unless of course you have cheated on him in the past, then obviously you are giving things another go. Even then, I don't think he would say it in relationship to that.
I don't think it's a bad thing to say at all and I think you are just being over sensitive and reading too much into it.
