There is a bloke I see around from time to time and each time he sees me he always winks at me. He's a good looking guy but I wouldn't want to make an idiot of myself by winking back at him (showing that I am interested) in case he's just being friendly and there's nothing in it from his side.Basically do men mean anything by a wink? Sorry if this sounds daft but men don't normally wink at me. Reply to this Question Share |

firstly please do not wink back at this bloke. because then you may actually look a bit silly and you will feel it too.he could be winking because he fancies you. he could just be being friendly as some men do greet with a nod or a wink. but what you do know is that he has certainly noticed you.next time you see him and he winks at you smile back, eventually he may stop and talk to you. or you could make conversation to him also just start with hellos and smile when yo see himhope all goes well, just don't forget not to wink ha xxxxx

Better make sure he doesn't have some sort of facial tic before you do anything!

If he smiled at you would you see that differently? I wouldn't read too much into it, but if you like him, do something back. Get him wondering whether you like him or not.Even if you don't like him, it's nice to have people smile at you. You then smile, someone else sees you smiling, they smile, and so it goes on. It's called 'rippling'.

Interested? Sounds a player to me!
Well, hes not seriously interested but if you play him two you both could have some fun together, but i cant see no serious relationship coming out of it.
I have never heard of it before, a bloke winking to a woman. :D

Yesssssssss Love is the Universal Language and a wink from a gentleman has always meant he fancys a lady. Do not wink back dear as ladies wouldn't do that to a stranger. Instead give him a sweet smile and put yourself in a place where he will be able to start a conversation with you. If you do this he should come up to you and ask you out.
Good Luck !
