From one girl to a guy, get out while you can, if she doesn't break your heart with this guy, she eventually will, I know, I once was just like your girlfriend! Sorry man and Good Luck!!!

I may be reading a little too much into this, but I think this is the typical female attraction to the 'tough jack-ass guys'. While the jury is out on why women get attracted to these numbskulls one thing is very certain: it is a passing fad and will never go anywhere. All things considered, I wouldn't worry about it. She may fantasize and get the occasional 'crush' but lets face it - who hasn't? I know I'm guilty and I'm pretty certain everyone else under the sun is as well.
Take care,

I don't think there is anything to worry about. You wrote it yourself that she thinks the guy is an asshole, and unless your girlfriend has no self respect then that statement alone should be enough to stop your worries. So she may think he is hot... big dael. Everyone probably has someone at their workplace who they think is hot. Unless you plan to end up with a woman who just sits at home all day, then you will have to accept this.
